Mr. Foster began his career in investigations with an intelligence group in the US Army, and has subsequently been an Private Investigator for over 40 years. Mr. Foster has testified in Federal, State and local courts on numerous occasions. He is well versed and knowledgeable in the law as it pertains to surveillance and fraud investigations. Since 1977, when Mr. Foster established the company, he has prided himself in finding the facts of any case Agency-One handles domestically or internationally.
Mr. Foster is a charter member of the N.C. Association of Private Investigators, where he served for several years in administrative positions as well as the past President.
Mr. Foster is a charter member of the United Sates Association of Professional Investigators.
Mr. Foster has served as a Board Member of the World Association of Detectives, and also served as the Area Governor for North, South and Central America.
Mr. Foster is also a member of the National Association of Legal Investigators and the National Association of Industrial Security Specialists.
